Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Goa Darshan Bus Tours, we strive to provide excellent travel experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Tour & Activity Cancellations by Customer

More than 48 Hours Before Travel Date

  • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour/activity will receive a 90% refund.
  • 10% booking and processing charges will be deducted.

Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Travel Date

  • Cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 24 Hours Before Travel Date

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.

No Show

  • No refund will be provided if the guest fails to arrive at the designated pickup location or misses the tour/activity.

2. Bus Rental, Taxi Rental & Private Vehicle Bookings

More than 72 Hours Before Service

  • 90% refund of the booking amount.

Between 24 and 72 Hours Before Service

  • 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less than 24 Hours Before Service

  • No refund.

3. Cancellation by Goa Darshan Bus Tours

If a tour or service is cancelled by Goa Darshan Bus Tours due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural calamities
  • Operational reasons
  • Insufficient participation

Customers may choose:

  • Full refund; or
  • Rescheduling to another available date.

4. Weather Conditions

Certain activities such as:

  • Scuba Diving
  • Watersports
  • Boat Trips
  • Cruises

may be affected by sea or weather conditions. In such cases:

  • Alternative activity/date may be offered.
  • Full refund will be processed if no alternative is available.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during booking.

For payments made through Razorpay:

  • Refunds are initiated from our side within 2 business days after approval.
  • Depending on the bank/payment method, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
  • Refunds can only be issued against successfully captured payments.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued where:

  • Certain services were not availed.
  • A tour was modified after booking.
  • Operational adjustments required fare revision.

  • Booking ID
  • Customer Name
  • Travel Date

8. Force Majeure

No compensation shall be payable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

  • Floods
  • Cyclones
  • Heavy rainfall
  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Natural disasters
